Instructions to make Palak & Beetroot Puris:
  1. For palak dough: Blanch the palak & let it cool down. Then grind them in a mixture, add a pinch of salt & make a dough out of it.
  2. Do not add water. Only add the palak puree to knead the dough.
  3. For beetroot puris : Cut the beetroot into pieces & blend them in a mixture, strain the juice with the help of muslin cloth.
  4. Now use the juice to knead the dough as usual. You can serve them with any sabzi of your choice.
  5. Note: To make batter puris rest both the dough for half and hour and then roll them out while resting, cover them with a damp cloth.
