The ingredients needed to make Steamed Greens:
  1. Prepare 4 baby marrows cut into rounds
  2. Prepare Handful green beans cut into quarters
  3. Take 3 carrots peeled and sliced into strips

Instructions to make Steamed Greens:
  1. Rinse all these vegetables (baby marrows, green beans and carrots) and pour water in a pot and place another enamel bowl in the pot and pour vegetables on it then cover the bowl with the pot lid let it boil while the vegetables are steaming.
  2. Let it continue to steam until you take a fork and just prick one vegetable to see that are now soft and crunch cause the reason for steam to enjoy those healthy nutrients in the vegetables
