  1. Take 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
  2. Get 1 tbsp curds
  3. Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. Get 1/2 Ghee

  6. Take 1/2 cup boiled and coarsely crushed green peas
  7. Get 1/2 tsp ghee
  8. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Get 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  10. Take 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  11. Prepare to taste Salt
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp plain flour

Green Peas Puri is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Breakfast. Crispy puris stuffed with green peas are superbly flavored and simply divine.   4. Place 1 teaspoon of the stuffing in the center of the circle bring together all the sides and seal tightly and roll again
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the puris till they turn brown in color from both sides draun on absorbent paper and serve hot
