Instructions to make BOKAKHAT POORI AALU BHAJI With Green Chilli Chutney:
  1. Boil diced potatoes in 1 cup of water. Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi,2 green chillies and sukha dhaniya powder. Cook for 10 mins on sim. Add vinegar when potatoes are half cooked.
  2. After 10 mins, temper it with mustard oil, jeera and dry red chillies.cook for another minute and keep aside.
  3. In 3 tsp water,cook 2 green chillies till tender. Crush them coarsely.
  4. Add lemon juice,pinch of salt and 1 tsp cooked mustard oil to it. Keep aside.
  5. Make fresh normal pooris and serve hot this delicious Bokakhat Poori Aalu with Green chilli Chutney!

For bhaji: Pressure cook potatoes and cut/mash them. Cut onions lengthwise and slit the green chillies. Now add the curry leaves, green chillies and ginger and fry for a while. Add turmeric powder and mix it well.
