Instructions to make Puff-puff:
  1. Sieve your flour..
  2. Add sugar, baking powder pinch of salt, milk powder, yeast and water, to form a sticky dough. and beat alittle bit.
  3. Allow to rise for abt 5mins.
  4. Heat the oil, deep fry until brown..
  5. Done.. Yummy… 😋
