  1. In a bowl,Mix all the dry ingredients together.Add water and mix gently until it becomes thick.
  2. Cover it and let it rise for 30minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,deflate the batter,then drop your puffs batter in oil to fry until brown/golden brown.Serve with warm tea or cold drinks.
