Steps to make Multi Grain Chila:
Take all the things together, wash the vegetables
Finely chop all the vegetables and beat the eggs with some 2-3 tablespoon milk
Mix all the ingredients together and add water to get flowing consistency, add salt as per taste and black pepper powder
Add the egg and milk batter to the mixture and again beat it for sometime.
Grease the Tawa or pan with some oil and pour the batter on medium hot tawa
Add some oil on the sides to let the chila cook, once the chila leave the sides flip it. Make sure you put the gas on Sim otherwise it might get burnt
Cook it on Sim gas on both the sides. Let it cook from inside
Your healthy Multigrain chila is ready to eat. Serve it with green chutney and curd.
