Donuts is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Donuts is something that I’ve loved my whole life.
To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook donuts using 12 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.
The ingredients needed to make Donuts:
Get 1 Cup Refined Flour
Make ready 4 Tbsp Sugar
Take 3 tsp Milk Powder
Prepare Pinch Salt
Get 1 Tsp Eno fruit salt
Prepare 1 Tsp Vinegar
Prepare 2 Tbsp Butter
Get 1/4 cup Milk
Make ready As needed Water
Take As needed Chocolate ganache
Take To taste Powdered sugar
Get handful Coloured sprinklers
Instructions to make Donuts:
Take a big mixing bowl and sieve into it refined flour, powdered sugar, Milk powder and a pinch of salt.
Now add Eno fruit salt into it and mix.
Now add vinegar, butter, milk and mix.
Now knead a soft dough using water as required.
Cover it with cloth and keep aside for one hour minimum.
After an hour, you will notice that the dough has risen a bit. Knead a little bit again and then divide the dough into two parts.
Now roll it into a thick shape so that the donuts shape can be extracted.
Take two round moulds one big and one small and cut into the rolled shape of dough as shown.
Now fry these in a medium hot oil at low medium flame until light golden brown.
Now coat as per your choice of dressing. Here, I have coated in chocolate ganache and with coloured sprinklers or you can simply coat it with powdered sugar.
