  1. Wash and soak sabudana in water for 2-3 hours.
  2. In a pan heat ghee. Add cumin seeds. Then add chopped cashew nuts, peanuts and chopped green chillies. Cook till nuts turns golden.
  3. Now add soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes, roasted peanut powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Cook till ghee seperates.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well. Delicious sabudana Khichdi is ready to serve.
