Instructions to make Khoya Paneer:
Take butter in a pan - Heat it up and add whole spices - Roast a bit - Add finely chopped onions - Sauté a little then add ginger garlic paste and 1 green chilli saute well.
Now add tomato pulp and keep cooking - till oil separates from the tomato paste.
Now add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. saute well. - Add khoya and cook well.
Keep cooking on low flame to avoid burning - - When khoya is well absorbed in masalas add 1 cup of water and adjust consistency.
Add in paneer cubes and give a good mix.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or till paneer absorb flavours.
