3. Thora khich k fold karty jaen esi tarah puri dough ko bellen unipuff wala paste lagaty jaen or fold karen jen nichy dry flour zarur use karen k dough chipy na
4. Phir centr say kisi taiz knife say kat len paip nikal k do part mein kat len ap dono part mein say 6 pieces cut karen
5. Us k bad ek piece len halky hath say thora belenphir us mein khoya,khopra,kuty howay badam or 1/4cheni ko achi tarah mix karen or ek parth k uper ye filling rakh k dusra part bi halka
6. Bell k per rakhen es bat k dekhan rakhen k colour wala part uper k taraf ho phir finger k help say es ko press kar k achi tarha bnd karen phir halky hath say uper say press karen ghee ko bilkul halka gram karen us mein ye khajy dal or low flame pay fry karen
7. Phir karhai ki dono side ko pakar k hilaen taky es ki layers khul jaen jb layers khul jaen tou flame low to medium kar den ab dusri side half liter pani or half kg cheni shera bana len 10minute low fame py cook karen jb khoya khajy k uper dal
8. Khoya khaja fry ho jaen tou uper say sheera dal den ye step 3 per repeat karen mazedar khoya khaja tayar hai
