Take 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
Take 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
Prepare 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Take 1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves
Get 1 teaspoon sugar
Get 7-8 cashew nut
Take 1/4 teaspoon garam masla
Get 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
Steps to make Khoya Paneer:
Boil 2 cup water in a pan add chopped onions and whole tomatoes. Cover pan and switch off the flame and leave it for two minutes. Blanched onion, ginger and green chilli add in mixer jar and grind it to make a smooth paste.
Peel tomatoes and grind it in mixer and make a paste. Heat one tablespoon ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.Add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and cinnamon stick and saute.
Add onion paste and saute till ghee release. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute. Add tomato paste and salt, kitchen king and garam masala, fenugreek leaves, cashew nuts and saute till ghee release.
Add Khoya solidified milk and saute and add milk. Add paneer cubes and mix well and cover it for two minutes. Add dry mango powder mix well and serve hot.
