  1. Boil milk let it evaporate on low to medium flame till it's left half and colour is completely changed.
  2. Boil rice separately and add in milk, cook for aprox 1 hr on low flame, stirring continuesly but gently, make sure not to scratch bottom of your pot or it will spoil the taste.
  3. Add Kajo, Almonds, Sugar and cardamom powder. Cook another 15-20 mints, stiring continuesly.
  4. Pour it in serving dish and cool it down. Flavorful Khoya kheer is ready.
