The ingredients needed to make Mutton Fry:
  1. Make ready 500 g mutton
  2. Prepare 2 onion (chopped)
  3. Take 1 tomato (chopped)
  4. Take 1 cinnamon stick
  5. Prepare 2 cloves
  6. Make ready 2 spring curry leaves
  7. Get 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  8. Get 2 tspn red chilli powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  10. Prepare To taste salt
  11. Get 4 tbspn oil
  12. Prepare 2 tbspn coriander leaves
Steps to make Mutton Fry:
  1. In a pressure cooker add mutton, half the onion, tomato, a few curry leaves, 1 tspn red chilli powder,turmeric powder,½ cup or 120 ml water and salt. Cook for 4-5 whistles.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan add cinnamon and cloves followed by onion and curry leaves. Saute till it's nice golden brown and caramelized. Next add ginger garlic paste and the remaining 1 tspn red chilli powder and fry till raw smell disappears.
  3. Add cooked mutton along with water and cook in full flame till oil separates. Garnish with coriander leaves.
