The ingredients needed to make Radish Sabji:
  1. Take 2 radish finely chopped white portion as well green leaves also
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  3. Take 1 tsp cumin
  4. Take 1 tsp saunf(fennel seeds)
  5. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. Make ready 1/2 turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  10. Take 2 tbsp besan
  11. Prepare As per taste Salt
Instructions to make Radish Sabji:
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai add saunf, cumins, mustards,when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder and immediately add washed & chopped radishes with chopped leaves and salt mix well.
  2. Now sprinkle besan on top all over with spoon properly and cover with lid, pour some water in lid and cook for 5-10 minutes on very slow flame. Remove the lid and mix well and stir continuously till oil releases. Turn off gas
  3. Serve healthy Radish Sabji in a bowl.
