  12. Make ready 1 spoon chat masala
  13. Get 1 spoon amchur powder
  14. Get 5 spoon sunflower oil

Season with lemon pepper, mustard, and red pepper flakes. In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic and stir to combine. In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat. Flip the shrimp to the other side.

Instructions to make Mustard Prawn:
  1. Firstly we have to fry the prawns for 5 min using salt, pepper powder and turmeric
  2. Then we have to heat oil in a pan add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder and fry it fr 5 min.
  4. Now we have to add the mustard, tomato sauce, the capsicum and the super. 1/2 cup of water and we have to stir it.
  5. Lastly we have to add the prawns, the chat masala and the amchur and thus the dish is ready to be served.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat. Flip the shrimp to the other side. In a nonstick skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in the wine or apple juice, mustard and pepper. Anjum Anand continues to help James with his Indian cookery.
