  1. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Simmer in milk with the cardamom until liquid evaporates.
  3. Heat ghee in a heavy pan and add the carrot mixture.
  4. Cook over a gentle flame for about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in sugar and continue cooking until the halwa turns deep reddish colour.
  6. Add chopped dry fruits,raisins and chopped Dates.
  7. Add Khoya,mix well and Switch off the flame.Allow to get cold.
  8. After getting cold make a round layer then set a layer with cuts over it then make heart ❣ shaped layer over the second layer.
  9. Garnish with rose 🥀 bud and rose 🌹 petals.Tempting dessert suitable for Valentines Day.
