  19. Prepare drizzle of lemon

Mix the salt, celery seed, dry mustard powder, red pepper, black pepper, bay leaves, paprika, cloves, allspice, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. When foaming subsides, add the seafood, kosher salt, minced garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Transfer the sauteed seafood to a serving platter, spooning the pan juices on top. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the seafood saute and garnish with chopped parsley.

Steps to make Mixture of seafood:
  1. For the Tiger prawn: saute the garlic in the butter then add the prawn, cook for 10-12 minutes then add the salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Set aside the sauce to serve.
  2. For the crabs, saute the garlic in olive oil then add the crabs, add the sprite and let it boil for 5 minutes then add the oyster sauce cook for another 10 minutes. Add the salt and pepper. Set aside the sauce to serve.
  3. Side dish: mix the chopped tomato, parsley, onion leaves and drizzle it with olive oil and lemon. Add salt to taste.

Transfer the sauteed seafood to a serving platter, spooning the pan juices on top. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the seafood saute and garnish with chopped parsley. We were thinking that it would be good in a seafood cannelloni or enchilada but I don't know where to begin! How to use a bag of frozen mixed seafood so that it isn't chewy as gum.
