The ingredients needed to make Prawns biryani:
  1. Get 500 gms prawns
  2. Get 4 big onions slices
  3. Prepare 3-4 tomatoes
  4. Take as needed Few garlic pods
  5. Prepare 1 small piece of ginger
  6. Take As needed Few green chillies
  7. Prepare 2 teaspoon roasted peanuts
  8. Make ready 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. Make ready 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. Get as per taste Salt
  12. Prepare 1 lemon juice
  13. Take 2 cups rice
  14. Prepare 2 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  15. Take 2 teaspoon biryani masala
  16. Take 3-5 cups water
  17. Prepare pinch Food colour any
  18. Prepare As required Some Fried onions
Instructions to make Prawns biryani:
  1. Roast onion till brown now add green chillies roasted peanuts garlic ginger tomotaoes roast it untill tomatoes are soft.. As it gets cool.. Than blend mixture to fine paste
  2. Marinate prawns by adding all dry masalas lemon juice and keep it for half an hour… Now in a kadai add oil.. Than add all dry masalas mix in oil now add blended paste mixture keep stirring and let all masala gets cooked for 5to 10 minutes
  3. Now add prawns and kitchen king masala and salt and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Boil rice by but it should not fully cooked
  5. Now in a kadai add some oil oil and add prawns gravy than add rice than add green food colour mixed with water.. Now add another layer of prawns ang gravy.. Than add rice add orange food colour soaked in water..
  6. Now add half cup of water cover it let it gets dum cooked for 7to10 minutes… As prawns biryani gets ready garnish it with some fried onions
  7. Serve hot prawns biryani and enjoy😊
