  3. Combine the cheese and 1 egg. Spoon this mixture on to the squares of pastry.
  4. Fold over the corner on one side to meet the other and bind with a wet finger. Press together with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with the other egg, whisked. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
  6. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
