  1. Take a pan and add oil. When the oil heats, put mustard seeds and asafetida or hing. Then add green garlic and ginger paste.
  2. Now, add pieces of spring onion and little salt to cook. Let it cook for 5 minutes and then add tomato and add green leaves of spring onion and little salt to cook tomatoes. Let the veg cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. The next step is to add coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and kitchen king masala. Now cook the veg for 3-5 minutes.
  4. The next step is to add sev and mix all the ingredients properly to get the perfect sabji. Now let sabji cook for 4-5 minutes by adding little water.
  5. Finally, serve hot spring onion sev sabji with bajra rotla or wheat roti.
