Sabse pehle ham gob and aaloo ko wash kere chote chote tukdho main cut kar lenge.
Now ek wok lenge usko medium flame per gas per rekhege and isme 2 table spoon oil dalenge aurr hot hone denge.jab oil hot ho jayega tab ham isme cumin seed dal denge jab cumin seed chtekh jaye tab isme heeng daal denge.
Gas ke flame ko low kar denge.now isme all spice dal kar nicely roast kereng 1 or 2 minute.
Now isme cut ki hui gobi aaloo ko dal kar nicely mix kar denge and isme 1/2 cup water add kerke midum flame per lid se cover kerke aprox 15 mint. Coock kar lenge and beech beech main turn kerte rhenge.
After 15 mint gas ko off kar denge and isko serving bowl main nikal lenge and green Coriander leavse se garnish kar denge.
