  18. Prepare 1/8 tsp. Fenugreek seeds
  19. Get 2-3 Kokum phool
  20. Get to taste Salt
  21. Prepare 1/2 tsp asofoitida
  22. Make ready 1 kashmiri dry chilli
  23. Prepare 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  24. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander and cumin powder
  25. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  26. Get 1/8 tsp fenugreek seeds
  27. Prepare 1/8 tsp. Mustard seeds
  28. Take 1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds
  29. Take 1 tbsp jeggary
  30. Prepare 1 tbsp. Cream
  31. Get 1 pc. Cardamom
  32. Prepare 1/2 " cinnamon stick
  33. Make ready Few curry patta
  34. Get as required Coriander for garnishing in both curry and kadhi
  35. Get 1/2 cup rice
  36. Make ready as required Salt
  37. Take 1/2 tsp ghee
  38. Get 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  39. Take For Rose shrikhand :-
  40. Prepare 500 ml. Milk
  41. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon
  42. Take 4 tbsp icing sugar
  43. Make ready 1 tbsp cream
  44. Take 2 tbsp ruhafza sharbat
  45. Get 2-3 drops rose arc
  46. Make ready as required Rose petals and cherry for garnishing
  47. Prepare as needed Carrot flower and cucumber as a salad
  48. Get 1 roasted papad

Gujarati Thali is basically a concept with the objective to present that real and traditional taste of Gujarati food. The Gujarati Thali is a very nice idea for all those who want to have the taste of traditional Gujarati cuisine. To fulfill its objective this Gujarati Thali contains all the main dishes of Gujarati food. On Mondays we always make a full Gujju meal (DBSR).

Steps to make Gujarati Thali:
  1. Wash and soaked mung for5-6 hrs.Remove water and cover leave it for 2-3hrs.Now heat oil in cooker add fenugreek red dry chilli asofoetida saute and add soaked green mung. Add ginger chilli paste salt kokum phool turmeric powder and sugar saute 2-3 mins. And add water. Cover the lid and make 2-3 whistles.Tasty mung is ready.
  2. Heat oil in cooker peel and cut black brinjal cut potato with skin into cubes.wash in a water. Now take in a cooker add 1tsp oil salt and turmeric powder.Add 1/2 glass water Cover the lid and make 2-3 whistle.After whistle open the lid add sugar grated ginger green chilli paste chopped tomato cumin corriender powder mix well and put on slow flame. Now heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped spring onion asofoetida and add in a subji cook on slow flame. Tasty subji is ready.
  3. 1cup wheat flour add 2tbsp oil salt and knead a tight dough. Leave for 10 mins. Roll big not so thin or thick roti and cut with star cutter and fry.Puri is ready.
  4. Boil milk add lemon juice stir and when milk curdle take in a muslin cloth prepare hung curd strain all water and put in a freeze in cloth for 2-3 hrs.Now add icing sugar cream mix well add ruhafza sharbat rose according and rose petals cherry for garnishing.
  5. Take curd in a bowl mix ginger chilli baste besan salt beat well. Now add sugar and jeggary. 1/2glass water mix well. Cook on a flame and make tadka heat ghee fenugreek cumin mustard seeds crackle cardamom cinnamon and cloves asafoetida add curry patta and slited green chilli. Delicious kadhi is ready.
  6. Wash and Soak rice for 1/2 hr. Boil water add rice salt ghee and lemon juice. Steam rice is ready.
  7. Yummy delicious healthy lunch Gujarati thali is ready to serve garnish with coriander.Carrot flower and cucumber as salad.Serve with plain buttermilk roasted papad and water.
