Hey everyone, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a distinctive dish, egg pudding. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Egg Pudding is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Egg Pudding is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have egg pudding using 5 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Egg Pudding:
  1. Get 6 Eggs
  2. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla essence
  3. Prepare Half tin condensed milk (approx 150mg)
  4. Get 1/2 litre full fat milk
  5. Get 1 cup sugar for caramel
Instructions to make Egg Pudding:
  1. First take a big bowl add eggs, vanilaa essence, Milk and condensed milk and beat well for 8 to 10 minutes and set aside.
  2. For caramel: - Heat 2 tbsp sugar in your desired mould on low flame. Heat till sugar is dissolved and turned into a nice golden colour. Donot overheat so that it doesn't burn. Spread carefully so that the mould's bottom is covered properly.
  3. Once done pour in egg mixture.
  4. Put this mould in a double boiler and cook for 45 minutes or until it's properly done.
  5. Once cooked, let it cool down and Do Not flip unless it is chilled to avoid cracks !!
