Make ready 1 cauliflower, chopped
Take 3 chopped potatoes
Take 2 tbsp mustard oil

Prepare 1 cup maida
Make ready 1/4 cup curd
Get 1 tsp fruit salt

Prepare 1/2 cup rice, washed and soaked for half an hour
Get 1 cup water
Take 1 tbsp ghee

Steps to make Chole, Bhature, Jeera Rice and Aloo Gobhi:
First prepare the dough for bhature, in a mixing bowl combine together maida, oil, curd, fruit salt and salt, mix well. By adding little water knead a smooth dough, cover and keep it for 3 - 4 hours for fermentation.

Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera, cloves and cinnamon, let them splutter, then add soaked rice. Roast on low heat, stirring continuously with light hands, until the ghee coats the rice properly.
