Get 500 gram lauki/bottle guard

Make ready 8-10 curry leaves
Get 1/2 tsp haldi (Turmeric)powder
Take 2 tsp coriander powder
Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1 tsp garam masala powder
Prepare to taste Salt
Get as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Sabzi Lauki Dahiwali:
Take curd, malai and whisk it vigorously and keep aside.
Wash and peel the bottle gourd and cut into desired shape and size.
Collect all ingredients for sabzi.
Heat oil in a kadai add hing, cumin seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds.
Let the cumin seeds crackle add ginger, green chilli paste, silt green chilli and onion and saute for few seconds.
Then add kasuri methi and mix well.
Now add lauki and mix well
Now add all powdered masala and saute it on low flame. Add little water to prevent masala from burning.
Close lid and cook for 5 minutes. And then pour curd mixture and stir till boiled.
Let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
Delicious dahiwali lauki ki sabzi is ready to be served. Serve hot with roti.
