  2. Take 500 gm chana(bengal grams)

  4. Get 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  7. Take 2 tbsp oil

Instructions to make Chana Garlic Sabzi:
  1. Boil chana(jinjara) with small quantity of water along with salt to taste amd pinch of turmeric.take some garlic cloves and paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a vessel.Add garlic ginger paste, onions and stir it well till it turns brown. then add tomato to it.
  3. Add garlic cloves to it. Mix them well.
  4. Add chilli powder,turmeric and garam masala to it.Add salt to taste and kasuri methi.
  5. Mix them well.now add chana to it.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves amd our sabzi is ready to serve.
