Wheat bread is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Wheat bread is something that I have loved my whole life.

In todays video we are taking a look at how to make whole wheat bread! Its very easy and simple to make. Hearty wheat bread with nutty flavor and lots of good tasting seeds. All the seeds and the Vital Wheat Gluten were available at my local health food store.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have wheat bread using 7 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Wheat bread:
  1. Make ready 4 cup wheat flour(500g)
  2. Make ready 11/2 tsp yeast
  3. Get 2 tsp sugar
  4. Get 400 ml water
  5. Get 1 tbsp oil
  6. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  7. Make ready Milk and butter for washing

Steps to make Wheat bread:
  1. In small bowl take some hot water.add yeast and sugar and leave it for some time.
  2. Take atta in a big bowl.centre of atta pour yeast mixture.add salt and oil.then mix properly and prepared dough.
  3. Knead the dough about 15 min.you can knead by hand or with a mixer.(kneading dough allow gluten to form which enable dough to rise better,be lighter and fluffier.)
  4. Place your lovely smooth, elastic bread dough in a oiled bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.and rest for 40 min.
  5. After the punching the dough for 5 min.and fold and keep it in the mould then cover and rest for 30 min in the mould.
  6. Bake for 180 for 25-30 min.
  7. Check with toothpick after 25 min.then if required continued for some time.
