In a bowl mix all ingredients and make firm dough.
Give shape of tikki. - Deep fry on medium hot oil. - Keep aside.
Now for gravy : - - In a pan heat oil.
Put jeera then put finely chopped onion and chillies.
Cook till pinkish colour. - Now add crushed tomatoes.
Cook for 5 mins. Then add all dry spices.
Cook till oil saperates. - Put 1 glass of water. Bring it to boil.
Put all fried tikkis. - Mix gently.
Cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
Besan ki tikki ki sabzi is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. - Serve with Roti/Phulkas.
