Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until dough is elastic, smooth, and no longer sticky (as you knead, if dough is too sticky for you, you can sprinkle just a tiny bit of flour to help it).
Cover dough withcloth and place in a warm spot.Leave to rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Punch dough down. Knead briefly and form into small balls. Arrange on lightly floured surface, cover again and leave to rise another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degree..
Tap small dough with your hand and make a round shape.
Apply zatar seasoning.. and labneh..(optional)
For labneh take 200 gm curd and add some salt.. mix it well.. Stir the salt into the yogurt, place it into a muslin or linen cloth and hang It. Strain it for 24 hrs. Now after 24 hrs strains out, thick spreadable labneh Is ready.
Bake in 200degrees F heated-oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the dough is slightly browned on bottom and edges (za’atar topping will remain liquidy at this point). Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes or so, the topping will dry and settle into dough.
Served with labneh. Add some paprika.
