Add mustard seed Jeera and methi seeds

Add gram flour saute in slow flame till light brown in colour

Let it boil
Add all veggies leaving Lady finger
Add salt to taste red chilli powder and cook till veggies are render
Shallow fry lady finger and add to curry
For tangyness soak kokum flowers in water for 5mts
Then add to curry keep on slow flame fir 10mts
