  3. Heat sauce pan put butter saute onion then chicken then sumac salt and pepper remove from heat.
  4. In pyrex layered the rice first then the saute chicken then the rice then the mixture of sour cream and yogurt,last coverwith foil put in the oven for 45 minutes then remove the foil wait until the cream become a little red ready to serve.
