Instructions to make Fattoush: Traditional Lebanese Salad:
  1. Mix all the vegetables together in a large bowl and sprinkle with sumac.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the vegetables. Mix well.
  3. Add the fried pita bread pieces and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.

Fattoush is a Lebanese salad that incorporates fried bread which is wonderfully crispy and adds great texture to the dish.
