Steps to make Chocolate marie peanut bars:
For Caramel condensed milk.
Turn on the flame and put dried sauce pan add sugar in it wait until it start melting and finally becomes golden.
At this stage pour milk in it and mix well with spatula and cook on low flame until mixture is reduced to half and also becomes thick and creamy.
For Chocolate Marie Peanut Bars-
First grind all Mariegold biscuit in food processor.
Now crush all your roasted peanuts.
Put both peanuts and biscuit in a mixing bowl and add condensed milk in it with your hands properly use more condensed milk if needed.
Take a rectangle mould, grease it properly with oil and put this mixture and press it properly like we do same with burfi.
Now melt your dark chocolate with double boiler method and carefully spread all over the prepared mixture.
Rest it in fridge for 10 - 15 min.
Take out the prepared mixture and pour your caramel sauce.
After that sprinkle chopped Almonds on it.
Lastly, turn your dairymilk chocolate in chocolate shaves and sprinkle that on bar mixture and put in fridge for about 30 min.
Cut you bars gently in rectangular shape.
