Make ready 100 gm Green beans
Get 100 gm White chickpeas
Prepare 100 gm Cluster beans
Get Salt as per taste
Prepare 4 Tbsp Red chilli powder
Take 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
Prepare 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Prepare 5-6 tbsp Yogurt
Get Small Green chilies 40 or as per taste
Take 1 1/2 cup Oil
Get For Dhokra :
Make ready In blender yogurt and green chilies blend it weel
Instructions to make Memoni Dhokra:
After 2 hours heat oil and shallow fry fish for both side.
In A pan heat oil then add tomatoes and all spices when tomatoes turn soft add all vegetables and chickpeas and cook for 10 to 15 minutes after 15 minutes add 2 cup of water when water boils add shaped Dhokra to cook after 30 to 35 minutes check when Dhokra softens turn off the flame and serve it with fried fish
For Dhokra : In blender yogurt and green chillies blend it well. Then take Aata in bowl add salt as per taste and cumin seeds 1tsp blend it, knead it well and shape them
