Instructions to make Masoor pulao:
  1. First add oil in a sauce pan
  2. Add onion chopped fry till golden brown add tomatoes and ginger garlic age DS stage
  3. Cover da lid 4 tomatoes to get soft
  4. Add spices and fry and bhonofy
  5. Add boiled masoor daal
  6. Fry fr few minutes it's done now.prepare it rice now
  7. Soak basmati rice fr half hour
  8. Add oil 4 tbsp in a big cooking pot
  9. Add whole garam maslas anf fry till cracking sound came
  10. Add water 2 cups fr 2 cups rice add salt too w8 fr aboil
  11. Add rice till water evaporates and cover da lid now and keep on dum a low heat
  12. Add masoor daal mixture mix well and again keep on dum
  13. Ready to serve with salad and yougurt or raita
