  2. Prepare 1 tsp salt

These pooris are made with blanched spinach puree added in the dough ,which gives a beautiful green colour to the fried poori. Usually poori's are made with either wheat flour or refined flour/maida. Steps to make Spinach pooris:
  1. Take wheat flour and add all dry spices,salt and oil to it.
  2. Using the spinach puree make a slight hard dough and leave it to rest for 15-20 mins.
  3. After resting, make small balls of dough and roll out into small size pooris.
  4. Take oil in a kadai for frying and deep fry these on medium to high flame till brown on both sides.
  5. Serve the pooris hot with your choice of veggies or daal etc.
