Prepare 1/4 tsp Garam masala
Take to taste Salt

Firstly Wash chickpea and strain water. Put chickpea in mixture grinder along with green chilli and coriander and grind coarsely.
Take large bowl, add,wheat flour green chickpea, green chilli, coriander paste, ginger paste, 1 tbsp oil, salt, fennel powder, coriander powder, garam masala. Mix all ingredients really well. Now with help of lukewarm water knead hard dough for making pooris. Add little water at a time.
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes to set.
Now Divide the dough into small equal parts. Flatten the dough balls. Likewise make all dough balls.Roll into 3-3.5 inch diameter poori.
Now heat oil in a deep kadhai or pan.When oil is heated,frt poori.Press the poori gently with ladle, it will puff up immediately. fry until it turns golden brown from both sides.
Fry all same ways.
