  3. Now, open the pan and spread coriander leaves on the rice and cook more 1 minute covering the pan. Spread the ghee on the top of the rice and stop the flame immediately.
  4. Paneer potato fried rice is ready to serve. Serve it hot and stay safe with your family and loved ones.
