  1. In a thick bottom pan take milk sugar and custard powder. Mix well so that sugar dissolves and there are no lumps of custard powder. Now turn on the gas. Continuously stir the milk until slightly thick and creamy. Turn off the gas. Cool the custard with stirring and put in refrigerator.
  2. Soak 1 cup cashew in milk for two hours. Now in a mixer jar coarsely crush the cashew. Some big pieces should be there. Now add these kaju in custard.
  3. Make crumbles of khoya with hand. Add them into custard. Mix well and put in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  4. Serve chilled with extra kaju pieces and tutti-frutti.
