  15. Get 1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
  16. Make ready 1/2 tea spoon jeera powder / cumin powder
  17. Get 4 tbsp Water
  18. Take as per taste Salt
  19. Get For Besan Kadhi:-
  20. Make ready 1 Cup Besan / gram flour
  21. Prepare 2 cup Curd
  22. Get 1/4 Tea spoon hing / asafoetida
  23. Get 1/2 tea spoon Methi seeds / fnugreek
  24. Take 2 Dry Red Chilli
  25. Get 6-8 Curry patta / curry leaves
  26. Get 1 tea spoon Cumin Seeds
  27. Make ready 1 tea spoon Mustard Seeds
  28. Make ready 3 Cup Water
  29. Get as per taste Salt
  30. Get For Tadka:-
  31. Take 1 tbsp Ghee
  32. Prepare 4-5 Curry patta / curry leaves
  33. Take 1 tea spoon Cumin and rai Seeds / mustard seds
  34. Prepare 1 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
Instructions to make Panjabi Pakoda Kadhi:
  1. For Pakoda:- Add all the ingredients for pakora Except oil in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in pan.Take a scoop of pakora mix and add to oil.
  3. Cook Pakora till golden brown.
  4. Cool it on tissue paper.
  5. For masala paste:-Take one bowl mix red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and salt.Now in this masala add water. Mix it well.
  6. For Besan Kadhi:-Take big bowl add besan, curd and water. - Mix it well.
  7. Heat pan add rai, jeera, red chilli, hing, methi, curry patta.
  8. Now add masala paste which we made in pan. Mix it well.fry it.
  9. Now add the Besan,curd mixture to the pan.
  10. Add water, Salt and mix well.Cook till it thickens in consistency. Stir in between.
  11. Now add the Pakoras to the Kadhi and cook for 5 more minutes.
  12. For Tadka:- - Take a pan. Add Ghee, Cumin and rai seeds. Off the flame. - Now add red chilli powder. - Add this mix on the Kadhi.
