  1. Take 2 cups beans
  2. Take Scotch bonnet pepper
  3. Take Habenero pepper (tattase)

  5. Take 1 packet ajino moto

  7. Take Vegetable oil for frying
Steps to make Akara:
  1. Peel and wash your beans, sock it for at least 10 mins,add in your peppers and onion and grind it to a smooth paste
  2. Pour the beans into a bowl,mix for atleat 10 mins with a whisk or hand mixer,this is to incorporate air into the batter which is very important.
  3. Add in your ajino moto,salt and some chopped onions.
  4. Set a deep pan on a medium heat,add some oil and heat.
  5. Scoop a table spoon of batter into the hot oil and fry on both side until golden brown,lift the akara balls and drain in on a paper towel.
  6. Serve hot with pap,custard,fried yam or bread.
