Take 2 cups Semolina/Suji
Take 1 cup Grated coconut
Take 1 cup Chhena

Take 2 Cardamom
Take 2 Bay Leaves

Prepare as needed Oil to Fry
Steps to make Suji Kakara Pitha:
For Stuffing : Take a pan & heat it.
Add grated coconut, chhena, jagery & mix them well.
Fry for 5 min till jagery melts.
Cook it on low meduim flame.
Cook it till jagery melts & coconut becomes golden brown.
Now it becomes light brown & dry. Add 1 tsp green cardamom powder.
Turn off the gas & let it cool down.
For Dough: Take a kadhai & add 4 cups water.
Add 1/2 tsp salt & 3 tbsp sugar & mix it well.
Let the water for boiling
Gradually add suji with one hand into it & stir continuously with other hand.
Stir it properly to avoid forming lumps.
Cook it for 3-5 mins on low flame.
When it turn into dough shape, turn off the flame
Cover it & let it for 5 mins.
After 5 mins, open the lid & let it cool down.
When it become little bit cool, add 1 tsp refined oil & make a soft dough
Dough is ready, now make equal size small doughs.
Stuffing & dough is ready now.
Apply some oil in your palm to make pitha.
Make a pit in the center, put some stuffing in it & seal the edges.
Now press it gently.
Now Kakara pitha is ready for fry.
Heat the oil on low meduim flame.
Now fry pitha, cook for 2 mins on low flame.
Cook another side for 2 mins.
Fry till they become light brown from both side.
Now it became light brown, so take it out.
Fry all pithas like same process
Now our Suji KaKara pithas are ready to serve.
