Take 500 grams mutton
Prepare 100 grams curd
Take 150 ml mustard oil

Get as needed Chopped coriander leaves (optional)
Steps to make Traditional Mutton Curry:
Slice onion longitudinally,keep aside.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan,when smoked,add whole spices and sliced onion.
Fry onion till golden,add mitton and cook on high flame till water dries.
Lower down flame,add turmeric powder and ginger -garlic paste.
Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.Add coriander powder and red chilli powder.
Add salt and cover the lid.cook on mediumto low flame for 40-45 minutes or till mutton is tender.
Mix well,add 4cups of water and cook on high flame till water boils.
Blend curd.Keep aside.
Now dry water of mutton if any remain.Add curd and kashmiri red chilli.
Cook on low flame till oil separates.Add garam masala powder.
Mix well and adjust gravy by addind water pf your desired consistency.
Add chopped green coriander.(optional).
Serve with naan/parathe /rice.
