The ingredients needed to make Whole Spice Mince:
  1. Take 1/2 kg beef mince
  2. Take 2 chopped onions
  3. Make ready 5 dry red chillies
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Cummin
  5. Take 1 tsp crushed roasted corriender seeds
  6. Make ready 1 inch cinnamon
  7. Make ready 5 cloves
  8. Make ready 7-8 black pepper
  9. Prepare 1 tsp crushed red chilli
  10. Take 1/4 th tsp Turmeric powder
  11. Make ready salt as per taste
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger chopped
  13. Take 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  14. Prepare 1/4 th cup oil
  15. Get 5 tbsp youghurt
Instructions to make Whole Spice Mince:
  1. Take oil add whole spices and dry red chillies and soute it for 2mins, then add onion, garlic, chopped ginger and bonify it for 3-4 mins.
  2. Now add crushed red chilli, Turmeric and roasted corriender along with mince and beaten youghurt and Bonify it on Medium heat for 2 min. Then put it on very slow heat for 10-15 min. No water needed.
  3. After 15min turn off the flame, serve it with Julian Ginger.
