  1. Take 1 cup basmati rice
  2. Make ready 2 cup cabbage
  3. Take 1 cup mix Bell Pepper(red,yellow and green )

  6. Prepare 1/2 cup corn
  7. Get 2 tsp soya sauce
  8. Prepare 1 tsp chilli sauce
  9. Take 1 tbsp vinegar

  11. Get 4 tsp garlic cloves
  12. Get 2 tsp ginger
  13. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  14. Take 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli

  17. Make ready 4 tsp garlic cloves
  18. Take 2 tsp ginger
  19. Take 2 tsp corn flour
  20. Get 1 cup water
  21. Prepare 3 tbsp soya sauce
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  23. Take 1 tbsp vinegar
  24. Make ready 1 cup mix bell pepper (red,green and yellow )
  25. Make ready 1/2 cup petals cut onion
  26. Take 1 tbsp finely cut green chilli
  27. Get For manchurian balls
  28. Make ready 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  29. Make ready 1/2 cup finely cut carrot
  30. Make ready 1/2 cup cauliflower
  31. Take 3 tsp maida/ all purpose flour
  32. Get 2 tsp corn flour
  33. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
  34. Prepare as needed Oil
  35. Prepare to taste Salt
Steps to make Fried rice and manchurian:
  1. In a pan boil water and add rice. Strain rice and run cold water. Rice should be cooked 90%. Keep aside
  2. For manchurian gravy - In a pan add Garlic and saute for 2 mins then add ginger and chilli.
  3. Add onion and bell peppers. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce. In a bowl add corn flour and water. Mix it well. Add corn flour to the gravy. Then add vinegar.
  4. For manchurian balls - In a bowl add carrot,cabbage and cauliflower. Add corn flour, maida, salt and pepper.
  5. Make small balls. Do not squeeze hard. Fry on medium flame. Keep aside.
  6. For fried rice - In a pan add garlic,ginger,green chilli. Saute for fee mins. Add carrot saute for 2 mins then cabbage and then bell peppers and corn.
  7. Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,vinegar and salt. Mix well.
  8. Add rice and turn off the flame. Add soya sauce. Take out the rice in a bowl and microwave as per need.
