  1. Firstly in a mixing bowl take leftover sabzi,(I had cauliflower,potato cooked veg)dip bread slices in water squeeze out water add to the sabzi
  2. Add all the masala powder to it including salt, sabzi already has salt so less amount of salt is enough, add chopped green chillies, mix well everything together
  3. Now make desired shape of cutlets roll out in bread crumbs,
  4. Shallow fry cutlets on medium flame serve hot with chutney, /sauce or any dip of your choice, enjoy delicious crispy cutlets
