Take 1 tbsp methi Kasoori (dried fenugreek leaves)
Take 2 tsps Cumin
Take 1/4 tsps Baking powder
Get 2 tsps Salt
Get 1 tsp Chili powder Red
Prepare 1 1/2 cups Water to knead the dough

Take a large bowl add to it all the flours, cumin, salt, red chili powder, baking powder, kasoori methi and mix well.
Add all the flours
