- Take a heavy bottom pan, heat milkmaid, add cocoa powder paste and milk, mix it well.
- Whipped cream till soft peaks forms with electric beater and mix in the prepared mixture add essence, colour, beat again for few seconds
- Now pour the mixture into icecream mould
- Cover it and set in the freezer for 6 to 7 hours or till ice cream is ready.
- Serve it in serving bowls. Garnish with chocolate syrup, chopped cashew and chocolate decoration
