  3. In a pressure cooker take water. Add meat, onion, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper corns, and cook it for 30 minutes.
  4. Let it cool. Put the boti in a plate. Then strain mutton stock and put aside.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and cook a minute.
  6. In a pan take oil. Add onion when it becomes little brown add black pepper corns, green and black cardamom, laung cloves, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stickd and cook on low flame till onion color change to golden brown.
  7. Add cooked meat, and yakhni and let it start boiling.
  8. Add rice mix it and cover it for 5-6 minutes. Then remove the cover, check it and again cover it till it cook properly.
  9. Now delicious polaw is ready to serve.
